As a founding partner of CHS Construction and Remodeling, he began his journey in the industry during the challenging times of Covid in 2021, bringing with him a fresh perspective and innovative approach to building and design.

Before establishing CHS Construction, Izack honed his skills on diverse construction projects across Maine and New York, where he developed a deep understanding of various building techniques and regional architectures. This experience was instrumental in shaping his approach to construction management back home in Oregon, where he now holds a contractor's license and is responsible for work crew leadership and employee direction.

Before joining CHS Construction and Remodeling as a partner in August 2024, Barbara excelled in selling computers and software, and managing software licensing for tech giants such as Apple and Sun Microsystems/Javasoft.

With a career beginning at the cutting edge of technology sales, Barbara ventured into entrepreneurship at the age of 46. Her entrepreneurial journey is marked by diverse industry engagements, from founding a healthcare startup to creating a vegan food company, showcasing her versatile business acumen. Her first company, started during the financial crisis of 2009, was grown to an impressive $250,000 in annual revenue and successfully sold three years later.

In 2016, Barbara took her quest for travel and adventure overseas, moving to Thailand where she taught English and embarked on another entrepreneurial venture. During this period, she authored a best-selling memoir, adding "published author" to her repertoire of accomplishments.
